Before we define the refund and return guidelines, please go through the following information carefully:
1) Never accept empty, torn or broken seal parcel.
2) Always make a clear video before opening the parcel; it will serve as a proof to support your claim in case the product you have received is damaged.
3) If you do not have video proof, we wouldn’t be able to process your return or refund.
4) If your claim is valid and you have a video proof, we will inform you whether we can replace your product with a new one or if it is out of stock then we will refund the amount of your ordered product.
5) If the product you have received is fine and has no issue but the customer just has changed his mind and wants to return, please note that return for the reason “CHANGE OF MIND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY ITEM”
Returns are only Accepted in the following scenarios:
A. If the product is not as described on our website: Please contact us as soon as you receive the product with the clear pictures and video of the packaging as well as the product. Upon receiving the returned product, the product would be evaluated. If it is established that the product was not intentionally mishandled or roughly used and was not working due to some issue before receipt by the buyer.
B. The goods bought would only be returned if the product delivered to the customer varies from the advertised pictures and attributes and if the buyer has returned the product in its original condition as was delivered to him/her. Mutilated, used or damaged products would not qualify for refund of payment or product exchange. Buyer has to contact us as soon as he receives the product. After receiving go ahead from our team, the customer should pack the received product well in sealed envelope or box to avoid damage during shipping and courier it to our given address.
C. Refund will be given as: Money Back or product exchange.
D. Refund of the payment will be processed within 5 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
