In how many days would my ordered product be delivered? Which courier service will be used for delivery?

Within Pakistan parcels are delivered within 2 to 4 working days (starting from order confirmation to delivery) depending upon the destination city, i.e. whether it is a main city or remote area. We use Blue Ex Couriers, TCS and Leopards Couriers for deliveries within Pakistan. Valid tracking no. is provided for every parcel that can be tracked within 7 hours of dispatch.

Although, we have managed to deliver 95% of our parcels within 2 working days in Pakistan and 97% of our parcels within 4 working days outside Pakistan, however, Lyallpur Shopping Solutions assumes no responsibility for the delay of any parcel due to factors beyond our control or for any unforeseen reason on part of the courier companies.

If I order a product will there be delivery charges or delivery is free of cost?

Delivery charges are based on product weight and destination city. However, we make sure that exact delivery charges and total payable amount by the buyer are communicated to the buyer before dispatching the product.

For products that have “Free Delivery” written in their description delivery is free. How do I believe that I will get the same product I have seen and ordered online?

First of all, we only post products that are in our stock and we shoot the product images in our very own studios. So you are sure to get what you have seen and ordered on our store. How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

Customer is informed about the date of shipment and expected date of delivery. We provide online tracking for all our orders, therefore, customer is well informed about the status of their parcel at any given time.

What are the available options of payment when I place an order?

You will be able to pay the amount of order at the time of delivery of the parcel. However, in some cases half, partial or full advance payment is required.
