Customers outside Pakistan can place an order by adding their desired product to cart and check-out with Easypay as payment option. Once they place the order, a window will open for Easypay payment, the customer should close the window without any further action (this option is used by customers within Pakistan or by international customers who wish to pay via Credit Card).

Our Order Processing Dept. will check with the local Customs dept. to determine if the product can be shipped to destination country and its current shipping charges (it only takes 2 to 3 hours mostly). If the product is eligible then a PayPal invoice would be emailed to the customer with details of product price and the shipping cost so that they can make the payment accordingly.

We deliver all the products on our website across Pakistan. We also entertain international orders and deliver selected products internationally to most of the countries in the world especially major cities and countries.

Customers outside Pakistan are requested to contact us via our email order@lyallpurshopping.com or lyallpurshopping@gmail.com to inquire about the product they are interested in and all the related queries regarding shipping charges etc.

They can even place the order at our website, upon receipt of their order we will contact them and let them know whether their requested product is allowed by our customs department or not. If it is a permissible item by customs we will send them our Paypal invoice so that they can make the payment as per their convenience.

Within Pakistan parcels are delivered within 2 to 4 working days (starting from order confirmation to delivery) depending upon the destination city, i.e. whether it is a main city or remote area. We use TCS and Leopards Couriers for deliveries within Pakistan. Valid tracking no. is provided for every parcel that can be tracked within 7 hours of dispatch.

Most international parcels are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending upon the destination country and clearing requirements. We use FedEx and DHL for international deliveries. We provide valid tracking number for all international parcels.

Although, we have managed to deliver 95% of our parcels within 2 working days in Pakistan and 97% of our parcels within 4 working days outside Pakistan, however, Lyallpur Shopping Solutions assumes no responsibility for the delay of any parcel due to factors beyond our control or for any unforeseen reason on part of the courier companies.

1. Easypay Debit/Credit Card Payment option Pay securely with your Credit/Debit card (VISA or MasterCard).

When you click the Confirm Order button, you will be redirected to the secure Easypay page.  To complete your card payment successfully please follow the important instructions below:

  • Please call your Bank to ensure your card is activated for online shopping
  • Please enter your card details correctly
  • Please ensure the card is not expired
  • Please ensure that you fill in all the fields before the Easypay page times out

2. Easypaisa Shop Payment option Pay for your order at any Easypaisa shop across Pakistan. When you click the Confirm Order button, you will be redirected to the secure Easypay page. Please follow these instructions: –

Enter your Mobile number and Email – You will receive a token number for your order which you can pay at any Easypaisa shop

3. Easypaisa Mobile Account Payment option Pay instantly with your *Easypaisa Mobile Account. When you click the Confirm Order button, you will be redirected to the secure Easypay page. Please follow these instructions: – Enter your Easypaisa Mobile Account number and E-mail – You will get a message on your mobile phone to Confirm the payment, please enter your Easypaisa Mobile Account PIN *If you don’t have an Easypaisa Mobile Account, dial *345*3737# from your Biometrically verified Telenor SIM

Delivery is free for all the products that have “Free Delivery” written in their description. For other products that don’t have “Free Delivery” written in their description delivery charges will be charged. These delivery charges are based on product weight and destination city. However, we make sure exact delivery charges and total payable amount by the buyer is communicated to the buyer before dispatching the product.

First of all, we only post products that are in our stock and we shoot the product images in our very own studios. So you are sure to get what you have seen and ordered on our store. However, please go through our “Refund & Returns” Policy for clear understanding of how we process Refund and Returns.

All the product images on our store are of real products shot by Lyallpur Shopping Solutions team of the actual products in our stock, these images are not downloaded from the internet or elsewhere. We strictly shoot, process and post our own product pictures.

We ship most orders within an hour after order confirmation, however, customer is informed about the date of shipment and expected date of delivery. We provide online tracking for all our local and international orders, therefore, customer is well informed about the status of their parcel at any given time.

  • If you are from outside Pakistan, you can contact us by any of the above methods, however, to place an order you can sign up on our website using your name, phone number and email address or you can use your Facebook credentials to login and add your desired product (s) to cart and checkout.
  • Upon receipt of your order details we will send you our PayPal Invoice so that you can make payment as per your convenience.
